Evaluation Period

Buyback Option
We will repurchase eligible equipment at 100% of the original purchase price, subject to the conditions of this policy and any applicable fees.

Important Return Conditions
To protect both the customer and the equipment, a return may not be accepted if the equipment:
- • Has been modified or altered after delivery
- • Has been involved in an accident or damaged after delivery
- • Shows material change from its delivered condition beyond reasonable evaluation
- • Has been used beyond the 50 working-hour evaluation limit
- • Is returned after the 14-calendar-day evaluation period
Return requests must be submitted within the applicable evaluation period and are subject to review and approval.
